Seafood Newburg (Lobster, Scallops, Shrimp or All Three)

Want a rich and creamy yet super easy recipe for seafood? This one is absolutely delicious! It can be served in a puff pastry (traditional) or with rice, fettuccine or mashed potatoes. I recently made it with leftover lobster (one of the joys of living on Deer Isle, Maine) and shrimp but don’t let this limit you. Island Ad-Vantages | Shrimp—make the direct connection

Bob and I are celebrities! We were featured on the front page of the Island Ad-Vantage newspaper. We are proud to support this cause – local fishermen have it tough and we want to encourage them to stay in business. As more and more people are attempting to eat organically and locally, we need to recognize that this means supporting the local people who harvest and grow our food. Yes it costs a bit more however isn’t it worth it?
